Quick Peach Kuchen

Dough- 2 cups flour 1/2 cup butter 1/4 tsp. baking powder scant 1/2 tsp. salt Fruit of your choice 3 Tbls. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon
Filling- 1 cup sour cream or thick, sweet cream 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring or 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 egg yolks, beaten

Combine flour, butter, baking powder, and salt. Press into a 15x10 pan and bake at 400 degrees F. for about 10 minutes. Arrange peach slices, rhubarb, apricots, or prunes on top of crust. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Mix together the filling ingredients and pour over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Do not overbake.
