Sissy's Sourdough Bread
Great/Easy Bread Machine Bread |

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogart
2/3 cup warm water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
3 1/4 cups Gold Medal Better for Bread flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 tsp. regular active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

Place all ingredients in bread machine in order listed. Press SELECT until number indicating French bread cycle (3 hrs. 30 min.) comes up. Press and start. Bread will be done in time indicated. Transfer to cooling rack, slice and ENJOY!!
