Angie's Egg, Cheese and Bacon Bake Casserole |

8 slices of bread cubed and trimmed 8 eggs 4 cups milk l lb. cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste l lb. bacon
|
Butter baking dish. Beat eggs and milk. Pour over cubes in baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Leave overnight in regrigerator (covered).
Dice bacon and fry and put on top of the casserole the next morning.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
