Arkansas Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole

1 32oz Bag of Shredded Frozen Hashbrowns (Great Value)
1 8oz/2 Cup Bag of Sharp Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Great Value)
6 Slices American Cheese (Kraft)
8 Medium Eggs
2 Cups Milk
1/2 Medium Onion
1/2 Medium Tomato
1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
1 6.5oz Can Mushroom Stems/Pieces (Great Value)
1 2.5oz Bag of Great Value Real Bacon Pieces (Salad dressing aisle- Walmart)
1 16oz Farmland Package of Diced Ham (Fresh meat area)
2 Sticks Butter
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Dry/Minced Onion
Optional - 1/4 Cup Sliced Green Onion

Pre-heat oven to 450 degs. Use non-stick spray in a 3qt 12 x 8 glass dish.
Pour frozen hashbrowns in glass dish. Dash with pepper and salt. Drizzle with olive oil. Take both hands and mix in the glass dish, rotating them. Prepare and drizzle 2tbsp of melted butter, add a small amount of dry/minced onion. Mix the hashbrowns. Place the glass dish in the oven, bake for 20 minutes. Once done, set it aside to cool. After these are done, turn the oven down to 350 degs.
Pour the bacon pieces into a medium skillet, place on medium heat, pour 2tbsp melted butter over the bacon. Stir. Optional-- cook with a teaspoon worth of green onion pieces. Pour in all of the diced ham with the bacon once bacon is sizzling. Add 1 tbsp of melted butter. Stir. Once done, pour in bowl and set aside. Leave oil in pan, set aside.
Slice/mince 1/2 medium onion. Drain mushrooms. Take half of the onion pieces, set aside. Take the other half of the onion and the mushrooms and put them in the pre-oiled skillet on medium heat. Add 2tsp melted butter. Saute' the mushrooms/onions to desired amount. Once done, set aside.
Slice/dice the tomato and green pepper. Mix them with the remaining fresh onions. Optional-- add remaining green onion. Set aside.
Open and place the whole 6 slices of American cheese over the hashbrowns like a small grid. Layer the meat. Then layer the mushrooms and onions. Then layer the fresh veggies. Add 1.5 cups of cheese over the top.
In a bowl, beat eggs and milk until smooth. Sprinkle with paprika. Pour the egg/milk mixture over the casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.
Cook uncovered at 350degs x 50mins. Remove and add remaining cheese. Cook at 450degs x 15min. Remove. Cool x 5-10 minutes. Enjoy
