Bacon Egg Cheese Pizza Breakfast Pizza |

DOUGH (Food Processor made) 2 1/2 cups bread flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 2 packets fast-rising yeast 2 Tbls. vegetable oil 8oz. warm water
Toppings: 1 jar Hormel Real bacon bits 1 cup hash browns, browned 1 (4-oz.) package cheddar cheese, shredded 5 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 Tbls. Parmesan cheese

Make dough from recipe in food processor with chop blade in food processor until dough rolls into a ball.
Split ball in half and let them rise in oil-wiped separate bowls covered with a towel on the counter until they have risen to twice their original size. Punch dough down and shape into the bottoms of two greased deep baking or casserole dishes.
Layer 1/2 jar bacon bits, hash browns, and cheese on the dough.
Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together and pour over ingredients.
Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees F.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
Serve hot or cut in squares and store in freezer bags. Reheat in microwave.
