EGG ROAST Egg Fry In A Different Way |

6 Eggs 250 grams of Corn flour 50 grams of All purpose flour 2 spoons of Red chilly powder Salt to taste Butter for frying
|
1. Boil the eggs and peel the shell. Cut each egg in to two halves length wise. 2. Mix corn flour, all purpose flour, red chilly powder and salt. Add water and prepare the dough. 3. Add butter to frying pan and heat. 4. Dip the egg pieces in the dough and fry on both sides until brown.
SERVE HOT.
