Hot Sauce An Egg An English muffin Salt and Pepper Garlic Salt A slice of American cheese An ounce of sliced ham Butter
|
Add two dashes of hot sauce in whole egg w/ S&P. Cook on low heat. Meanwhile, toast an English muffin on a 6/10 setting. Keep flipping the egg every so often. When the muffin is done toasting, spread on some butter and add a pinch of garlic salt. Close the muffin to melt the butter and start frying an ounce of ham next to the egg. Put a slice of American cheese on the egg then use the ham to melt that same slice of cheese. Now assemble your sandwich.
