3 Eggs 2 pcs of ginger (thumb size) 2 tablespoons of Stone Ginger wine 1 tablespoons of Sesame oil

1. Chop ginger finely. 2. Beat all eggs together. 3. Heat up sesame oil , add ginger and stir fry till fragrant. 4. Add egg and fry till cook. Stirring on and off. 5. Add wine, stir fry for a second and serve.
