Grubbin' Belgian Waffle

1/2 Cup WARM water 1 Package yeast 2 Cups WARM milk 1/2 Cup softened butter (1 stick) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 2 Cups flour 2 Large eggs 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla extract

Prepeare steps 1-3 on the night before.
1. Combine warm water and yeast (wait 5 minutes) 2. Add milk, butter, salt, sugar, and flour. Beat until smooth 3. Cover and let stand overnight (batter will expand to twice it's size, so use a large bowl) 4. Beat in eggs, baking soda, and vanilla extract 5. Bake in hot waffle iron until crisp and golden
