Louise's Norwegian Pancakes

1/3 cup cottage cheese 2/3 cup plain yogart 2 eggs 1/2 cup flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt

Beat first 3 ingredients together well and set aside. Blend together dry ingredients, then add liquid ingredients. Pour onto hot griddle.
