MASHED POTATO A Potato preparation |

200 grams of Potatoes. 100 ml of Milk. 100 grams of Butter. Salt to Taste
|
1. Boil the Potatoes until they are smooth. Peel and cut in to pieces.
2. Boil the milk.
3. Take the potato pieces in to a dish and mash them pouring the milk slowly. A dough is formed.
4. Add butter and Little Salt to the potato-milk combine and mix well.
Good as breakfast with a couple of toasted bread slices and a boiled Egg.
