POORIES Special Deep Fried Wheat Preparation |

500 grams Wheat flour. 500 grams Refined oil. 100 grams All purpose flour. Salt to Taste.

Mix wheat flour and the all purpose flour. Add enough Salt, 100 grams of oil and some water and prepare a thick dough. Kneed well and set aside.
Take the remaining oil in a deep bottomed pan and heat.
Make small round balls with the dough and press each one into about four inch thin circular pan cakes.
Deep fry them in oil until they turn brown.
Sprinkle Honey and serve. Or Serve with any kind of pickle. Or with any vegetarian or Non-vegetarian Dish.
