1 lb Sausage, mild or hot 3 Cups Biscuit Mix (Bisquick) 10 oz Sharp Cheese, grated

Mix ingredients together well. Form into small balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees.
May be frozen before baking and put into ooven before thawing.
