Waffles Easy to Reheat and Eat! |

4 cups flour 6 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. salt 4 Tbls. sugar 4 eggs 3 cups milk 12 Tbls. vegetable oil
|
Separate the egg yolks from the whites, saving the egg whites for later. Beat the egg yolks, add the milk and oil. Stir. Combine all the dry ingredients. Pour egg mixture into the flour mixture. Mix well. Fold in the egg whites.
Pour batter into a waffle iron and cook according to waffle iron directions till browned slightly!
