Yummy Breakfast Casserole

8 eggs 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp salt dash of pepper 2 cups milk 1/2 lb. ham 1 cup cheddar cheese 1 box Croutons (original)

Grease bottom of pan. Sprinkle croutons on bottom (whole Box), then lay your ham (thin cubes) on top. Sprinkle cheese on top of ham.
Beat together: eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, pepper. Pour onto top of casserole.
Cover with foil and best if you refridgerate overnight..if not toss in oven and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
