Carol's Moist Banana Cake

2 cups flour
2 ripe bananas
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup buttermilk
|
Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add milk and all the dry ingredients with the bananas.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 min.
Enjoy with a coffee break!
