4 DL Carrot 3 Eggs 3 DL Flour 3 1/2 DL Sugar 1 1/2 DL Sunflower Oil 1 tsp. Cynamon 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Baking Powder
Icing: 200 g Butter 200 g Phily Cheese 3 DL Powder Suger 2 tsp. Vanilla flavour suger 1 Lemon

Mix the oil and sugar until it is soft. Add the carrot and eggs. Mix all the dry ingredients separately and add them to the mixture of oil... bake for 40-45 min on 200 degrees C.
For Icing: melt the butter and add Phily cheese, vanilla flavoured sugar and powder suger and juice of lemon and mix them well. Apply on the cake when the cake is completely cold.
