Chocolate Brownies Low Fat - Melt in Your Mouth Brownies! |

6oz. self raising flour 4oz. soft brown sugar 2 Tbls. cocoa powder 4oz. polyunsaturated margarine 4oz. chopped walnuts 1 Tbls. distilled white vineager 7 fl. oz. cold water
|
Grease a 7 inch square cake tin and sift into it the flour and cocoa powder.
Add a small pinch of salt then the sugar. Mix well together then make 3 deep grooves into the powder mixture.
Into the first groove add the walnuts, melt the margarine and pour this into the 2nd groove, add the vineager to the 3rd groove.
Pour over the cold water and mix well.
Cook at gas mark 4 for 20 minutes, after that time skewer a cocktail stick into the center of the mixture, the stick should come out with a little of the mixture on it.
Take out of the oven and leave in the tin for 15 minutes then turn onto a cooling rack.
Slice and enjoy!
