Chocolate Chip-Filled Cupcakes Cupcakes |

Cupcakes: 2 1/4 cups flour l 1/2 cups sugar 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup cocoa 3/4 c. vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups water 1 Tbls. vinegar 2 tsp vanilla
Filling: 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 egg 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup chocolate chips, mini or reg.

Mix all dry ingredients together, add liquids. Beat till smooth. Fill cupcake cups 1/2 full with batter. Set aside.
Beat together ingredients for filling fold in chocolate chips.
Add 1 tsp. of filling in the middle of each cup cake.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes!
