Chocolate Zucchini Cake rich-super moist |

2 and 1/4 cups sifted all purpose flour 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teas. baking soda 1 teas. salt 1 and 3/4 cups sugar 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup vegetable oil-not olive oil 2 eggs 1 teas. vanilla 1/2 cup buttermilk or soured milk 2 cups grated zucchini-unpeeled 1 6-ounce package chocolate chips 1 cup chopped nuts

preheat oven to 325 degrees.Grease and flour 13x9 inch baking pan. Sift flour,cocoa,baking powder and salt together into bowl. Set aside. Beat sugar,butter and oil in large bowl until well blended. Add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients alternately with milk. Mix in grated zucchini. Pour into prepared pan.Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top of batter. Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Cool thoroughly in pan. Excellent with or without whipped cream. Perfect luchbox addition
