Cinnamon Brunch Cake Absolutely Delicious! Great for a Perfect Brunch! |

1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 tsp. ground cinnamon 3/4 cup finely chopped almonds 1 pkg. white cake mix 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix 4 eggs 3/4 cup vegtable oil 3/4 cup water 1 tsp. almond extract 1 cup confectioner's sugar, sifted 1 to 2 Tbls. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

CAKE: Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside for filling.
Sprinkle almonds evenly in bottom of 10-inch Bundt pan.
In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water and almond extract. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Spread one-third of batter over nuts in pan. Sprinkle half of cinnamon-sugar filling over batter. Spread another third of batter on top, remaining filling, then remaining batter.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes. Cool 25 minutes in pan on wire rack, then remove cake.
GLAZE: Combine confectioner's sugar, milk, and vanilla extract, adding enough milk to make a smooth drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cake. Serve warm or cool.
