Cinnamon Ripple Cake Adds Zip to a Plain Angel Food Cake! |

1 angel food cake mix 1 Tbls. ground cinnamon
Cinnamon Cream Sauce: 1 cup whipping cream 1/3 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Mix the cake as box directs. Spoon 1/4 of the batter into an ungreased tube pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon over the batter. Repeat, layering 2-3 times ending with cake batter on top. Bake and cool as the package directs for the cake.
Cinnamon Cream Sauce: Beat the cream in a chilled bowl with chilled beaters until thick. Blend in remaining ingredients. Sever over the cake slices! Delicious!
