Cinnamon Tea Cake Low Fat Tea Cake |

250g self-raising flour 3 Tbls. level sugar 150ml skim milk 1 egg 50g melted reduced-fat margarine or butter vanilla
Topping 3 Tbls. flour 2 Tbls. sugar 2 Tbls. Cinnamon 1 Tbls. melted reduced-fat margarine or butter

Combine ingredients for topping, mix and sprinkle over the base of a lightly sprayed cake tin.
Combine the flour and sugar, stir in egg, milk and margarine/butter. Beat with vanilla. Pour over the top of the topping and bake on 180 degrees C. for 50 minutes, or until cooked through.
