250g Rolled Oats 100g Margarine 100g Caster Sugar 1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup 1 Victoria Sandwich Tin

1. Set the oven to 175 degrees C / Gas Mark 6. Put the Caster Sugar, Margarine and Syrup all together in a saucepan on a low heat, until they are melted together and blended in well. (DO NOT BOIL)
2. Bring off the heat and stir in the oats, until they are mixed in well with the Sugar, Margarine and Syrup.
3. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Let the flapjack cool on a wire rack.
5. Cut into 8 sectors and serve.
