1 cup sugar 1 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 2 cups flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 can Pie Filling (apple, peach, apricot, cherry, etc.) 1 cup brown sugar 3-4 tsp. cinnamon

Beat the sugar, oil, vanilla, and eggs until well-blended. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt until mixed well. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup brown sugar mixed with 3-4 tsp. cinnamon. Spread the pie filling on top. Spread the remaining batter over the pie filling and sprinkle generously with remaining sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes.
