250g Porridge Oats Handful of Raisins Scotch Whisky 2tsp Liquid Honey
|
Mix the porridge oats, raisins, Honey, with enough Whisky so the mixture forms a rough but moist, not too sticky dough. Roll flat to about 1.5cm / 3/4 Inch thick. Cut out with a cookie cutter about the size about 2 inches / 5 cm across, optionally sprinkle with sugar and cook in at 180C until just golden. Allow to cool and enjoy.
