Ma Filmore's Easiest Cheesecake Ever

1 tub of cream cheese (200g) 1 tub creme frais (200ml) 200g icing sugar 8 hobnob or digestive biscuits 50g butter chocolate sprinkles

BASE Melt butter on a low heat and crush up biscuits. Mix biscuits into melted butter and press into a tin.
TOPPING Use an electric whisk to whisk cream cheese and creme frais together. Mix in icing sugar in spoonfuls. Spread over base generously.
Leave overnight in refrigerator to set.
Finish off with a smattering of chocolate sprinkles.
