Mandrin Orange Cake
light desert and very good
yellow cake mix
oil
eggs
can mandrin oranges
lemon juice
crushed pineapple
french vanilla instant pudding
cool whip

 

Combine and mix with mixer:

1 yellow cake mix
3/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1 can mandrin oranges
1 tsp. real lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Bake in a 9 x 13 cake pan 30-35 mins @ 50.

Icing

1 can crushed pineapple-drain some of the juice, but not all
1 sm box french vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. real lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 8 oz. cool whip

Mix pineapple and pudding (make sure pudding is dissolved completely). Add rest of above ingredient and put on cake after cake is cooled. Keep refrigerated.
