Ingredients
2.5 cups sugar
5oz evaporated milk
1 jar (213g) marshmallow fluff (www.americangoodies.co.uk)
0.75 teaspoon of salt
0.75 teaspoon of vanilla
12oz semi sweet chocolate pieces
|
1) Combine the first 5 ingredients. Stir over low heat until blended.
2) Bring to a boil over moderate heat, being careful not to mistake air bubbles for boiling.
3) Boil slowly, constantly stirring for 5 minutes.
4) Remove from heat and stir in chocolate and vanilla. Mix until chocolate is melted, then turn into a buttered pan or dish to cool.
