One Step Chocolate Cake Very, Very, Very Good! |

18 1/4 oz. box chocolate cake mix, super moist or fudge varities are good- (do not use devil's food cake) 1 1/2 cups sour cream 3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil 1/2 cup STRONG brewed coffee 2 beaten eggs one 4-ounce package INSTANT chocolate pudding powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Oil a 12-cup bundt pan.
With electric mixer, blend all ingredients, except powdered sugar, until smooth-about 3 minutes. Pour into pan.
Bake until knife inserted near center comes out clean, or about 45 minutes.
Cool completely and invert onto a platter. Dust with powdered sugar. So good!!!
