Pumpkin Pound Cake

3 cups plain flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 cup oil 2/3 cup water 1 cup chopped pecans 2 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 4 eggs 1 can pumkin pie filling
Icing: 1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese 1 lb. box confectioners sugar 1/2 stick margarine 1 tsp. vanilla chopped pecans

Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and spices. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon batter into greased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350 Degrees F. for 1 1/2 hours.
Icing: Beat cream cheese and margarine until smooth. Add 10X sugar, mix well. Add vanilla and beat until smooth. Spread over cooled cake and sprinkle chopped pecans over top.
