Raw Apple Cake Moist Cake That Keeps Very Well! |

1 1/4 cups cooking oil 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 3 cups white flour 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 3 cups grated cooking apples 1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Do not use mixer-just blend with a wooden spoon.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle powdered sugar lightly on cooled cake.
