1 pkg softened cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1 lg egg 3/4 cup milk 3 Tlb softened butter 2 cups Bisquick (OPTIONAL)1 20oz can of your favorite pie filling

Beat first (6) ingredients together for 3 minutes. BATTER WILL BE THICK Pour batter into a greased bundt or 9x11 pan, (optional)at this time you may gently fold in 1 can of pie filling of your choice. Bake @350 degrees for 20 minutes without filling OR 35 minutes with filling. When done,let coffee cake stand for 10 minutes, before turning out onto a cooling rack. When still slightly warm, you may drizzle a glaze of your choice.
