Sultana Pumpkin Cake Moist and Golden! |

250gm margarine 1 cup sugar 1 cup cooked pumpkin 3 eggs 1 tsp. lemon essence 1 cup Self-rising flour 1 cup plain flour 1 cup sultanas
|
Cream margarine and sugar, add mashed pumpkin. Stir in 3 beaten eggs, and lemon essence. Mix in sifted flours and sultanas. Mix well.
Bake in greased and lined cake tin at 180 degrees C. gas for 1 hour.
