Wacky Chocolate Cake

1 cup white sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 Tablespoons cocoa
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
|
Sift together the first 5 items, then mix in the rest. Beat till lumps are gone.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
