Chocolate Cookie Truffles Easy and So Delicious!! |

1 pkg. oreo cookies 2 boxes Bakers Semi-Sweet Chocolate (8 squares each box) 1 8oz. Cream Cheese, softened
|
Put the Oreo Cookies into your food processor until finely crushed. Mix 3 cups of crumbs with the cream cheese until well-blended. Shape into 1 inch balls.
Melt the chocolate squares. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and set on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Dipping the balls several at a time in the melted chocolate and taking them out with two forks, allowing the chocolate to drip back into the bowl, seemed to be the easiest way for dipping them.
Sprinkle the truffles with the remaining cookie crumbs for decoration before chocolate sets up.
Refrigerate for about one hour or until chocolate sets up. Store them in the fridge in a tightly covered container!
