Cookie Truffles

1 Sleeve Oreo Cookies (finely ground)
1 8oz. package cream cheese (softened)
1 14oz. package light cocoa melting chips (melted in double broiler)
20 white chocolate melting chips(melted in double broiler)

Combine cookie crumbs and cream cheese -mixing by squeezing with your hands for best results
Form mixture into 60 1-inch balls and place in pan in freezer.
Freeze balls while you melt chocolate.
Reserve melted white chocolate for later.
Dip balls into chocolate and place on wax paper to harden.
Drizzle with white chocolate.
Enjoy!
