2 lb./908g. Sugar 8oz./228g. Glucose 8oz./228g. Butter 8oz./228g. Cream Flavour to taste
|
Bring to boil slowly all ingredients making sure the sugar has dissolved.
Place into mixer and using the paddle beat until thick and creamy and a good gloss.
Press into warm trays and leave to cool.
NB do not put into fridge.
