Kathy's Walnut Delights

1 lb. English walnut halves 1/2 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 Tbls. margarine 1 tsp. vanilla
|
Mix together sour cream, margarine, and sugar in heavy sauce pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Stir until starts to thicken.
Add walnut halves, mix until all pieces are well coated.
Pour onto wax paper and allow to cool.
Separate and store in tightly closed container.
Perfect for the holidays!
