3 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup white karo syrup
2 cups broken pecans
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
|
Mix sugar, milk, syrup, and pecans in a heavy saucepan and cook until it reaches the soft ball stage. Add the butter and vanilla and quickly drop by spoonsful onto wax paper. I do not advise making these on a humid day.
