Pasteli Sesame Candy |

|
1 cup honey 1 cup toasted sesame seeds 1/2 tsp. salt
|
Place all ingredients in a thick bottom container and bring to boil at about 284 degrees F. or 140 degrees C. for about 15 minutes (use candy thermometer).
Pour in an oiled tin and when nearly cool mark surface into squares.
When thoroughly cold snap and put in an airtight tin.
