1 Medium potato 2 1/2 Pounds powdered sugar Peanut butter
|
Boil potato, peel and mash, add powdered sugar until stiff enough to roll out like a pie crust.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on wax paper or biscuit board. Roll out until thin, spread peanut butter on dough. Roll out like a jelly roll, slice as thick as you want, store in refrigerator.
