Quick-n-Easy Peanut Butter Fudge Great Stuff in a Hurry! |

5 Tbls. creamy peanut butter 2 sticks butter at room temperature 5 Tbls. cocoa 1 lb. box confectionary sugar
|
In a medium sauce pan on medium heat, melt the butter and peanut butter. Stir now and then. Remove from heat and add the cocoa and sugar. Stir thoroughly and pour into a 9x9 inch pan lined with foil or sprayed with cooking oil (butter flavored).
Place in the refrigerator and when it is set, cut into squares using a wet knife with a thick blade.
Option: Add nut pieces of your choice while stirring in the sugar and cocoa.
