Rocky Road Fudge Simple and Very Good! |

1/4 cup milk 1 11.5 or 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 cups mini marshmallows (use more or less) 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (more or less) dash of salt
|
Grease 8x8x2 inch pan with butter or margarine.
Heat milk and chocolate chips in a large saucepan (you will need the extra space to later stir in remaining ingredients) on stove over a medium-low heat, stirring constantly- DO NOT BURN!!
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, nuts, and a tiny bit of salt.
Spread candy in pan and chill at least one hour, or until firm.
