1 cup shortening 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs 2 3/4 cups flour 2 tsp. cream of tarter 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbls. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon

Shape into 1 inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 8-10 minutes or until light brown and soft.
