Best Cheesburger Pie Easy Cheeseburger Pie with a Gourmet Flair |

1/2 cup bisquick mix 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1 large onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 can green chiles 1 1/2 tsp. montreal steak seasoning 1 Tbls. A1 steak sauce 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 Tbls. olive oil 1 cup colby jack cheese, shredded 1/4 cup provolone cheese, chopped 1/4 cup chedder cheese, shredded 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 can diced tomatoes drained (I like the Mexican flavored one)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray a 9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
In a large skillet heat olive oil and garlic til hot, add ground beef, green pepper, 1/2 can diced tomatoes and onion. Brown and drain.
Add chopped mild green chiles, montreal seasoning, A1 Sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Add meat mixture to bottom of casserole dish. Top with all cheese mixture.
Whisk together bisquick, milk, and eggs till blended.
Top meat and cheese mixture with bisquick mixture and cook at 400 degrees F. for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown crust forms.
Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
