Breakfast Casserole

2 packs Jimmy dean Maple sausage, 6 eggs, 2 cans croissant rolls, and 1 bag of montery chedder cheese.
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausage in one pan and the eggs in another pan. Take one can of the croissant rolls and lay them flat on the bottom of a baking dish (8 by 10), place in oven for 10 mins. Mix the cooked eggs, cooked sausage, and bag of cheese together. Layer on top of already cooked rolls. Take the last can of the croissant rolls and layer it evenly on the top of the sausage-egg mix. Place back in oven for and additional 30 to 45 mins until the crust on the top hardens. Take out of oven and enjoy.
