Cajun Teenager's Seastyle Spaghetti For Hungry Teens! |

2- 26 oz. jars Newmans Own Sockarooni Pasta sauce 3 lbs. Ground beef 2 lbs. large pasta shells 1 green bell pepper 1 orange bell pepper 4 celery stalks 1 yellow or red onion 4 cloves fresh garlic About 1 cup total Extra Virgin Olive oil (EVOO) Cajun or other favorite seasoning

Chop vegetables and place in separate bowls.
Add some EVOO to a medium saucepan. Saute onions and garlic on high heat for several minutes, stirring constantly.
Add remaining vegetables and mix thoroughly. Reduce heat to medium low and cover.
Brown meat in EVOO.
Add Cajun seasoning.
Drain oil and add vegetable-onion mix.
Add Sockarooni. Mix all well and cover. Cook at medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Boil pasta according to package directions and drain.
Mix meat and pasta. Stir well.
