Cheeseburger Pie

1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cups Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain.
Add salt and pepper.
Lightly grease a 10 inch pie plate.
Place mixture in pie plate.
Mix in shredded cheese.
Mix remaining ingreadients in a blender for about 10 seconds or till smooth. Pour into pie plate.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
