Cheesy Turkey Casserole

1/3 cup green pepper 3 Tbls. chopped onion Butter or margarine 2 Tbls. flour 1 cup milk 2 cups turkey, cut up 1 2 1/2oz. jar mushrooms 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 tsp. salt dry mustard 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper 3 1/2 oz. spaghetti, cooked

Cook and stir green pepper and onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour. Cook and stir over low heat until bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk and mushrooms with liquid. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup cheese, salt, lemon pepper, and mustard. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Stir in spaghetti and turkey. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree F. oven. Remove cover and sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese around edge of casserole. Bake 5 minutes more.
